1. Legal Warranty

All products sold by MyFullSize are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Spanish consumer law.

2. What is covered?

• Manufacturing defects

• Functional defects under normal use

• Non-conformity with product description

3. What is not covered?

• Damage caused by misuse or neglect

• Wear and tear

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Products damaged due to incorrect storage or environmental exposure

4. Filing a Claim

To make a claim:

• Email us at support@myfullsize.com

• Include order number, description of the issue, and photo evidence

• Claims must be filed within 2 months of detecting the defect

5. Resolution

Once validated, we will:

• Offer a free repair

• Replace the item

• Refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not feasible

6. Return Procedure

If returns are required, we will provide instructions. Shipping costs will be refunded if the claim is accepted.

7. Right of Withdrawal
