Provide your order number and purchase details.
Confirm that you have followed the instructions.
What to upload:
Month 0 (Before): Photo with ruler before starting.
Month 1–5: Monthly photos with ruler under the same conditions (angle, lighting, background).
Month 6 (Final): Photo with ruler + today’s date + your Order Number written on paper.
Requirements:
All photos must clearly show the ruler.
The Month 6 photo must include today’s date + Order Number on paper.
Refund covers product price only (shipping is not refundable).
Incomplete or manipulated submissions will be rejected.
