Return Period

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened products
• Hygiene-sensitive products
• Intimate-use products
• Damaged products caused by customer misuse

Returned products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after returned products have been inspected and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law or caused by company error.
